Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges must be paid for when your order is placed, and transit times will vary based on destination. Truckload shipments are available but are subject to quotation at time of order completion.
Tracking number or information will be emailed the following business day once the shipment has left our facility.
Shipments are made via LTL carriers and destinations must be accessible by tractor trailer otherwise a limited access fee will be added or charged up to $150. The driver/carrier is only responsible for curbside delivery or simply placing the pallet on the ground.
Shipping charges cover a single delivery attempt during normal business hours, if a delivery is attempted and customer is not available, the customer is responsible for any additional fees that may be added for any future attempts. If a call ahead service is required, it may carry an additional cost and longer delivery time frame.
A responsible party must be present to inspect, inventory, and sign upon delivery. All orders require signed acknowledgement upon receiving. If the number of pallets delivered does not match the number listed on the BOL a careful inspection of packaging condition is vital for freight claims purpose. Even if you are not sure the contents inside contain damage due to the exterior’s condition, please indicate on the BOL. Do not reject damaged items.
Orders not picked up within 5 business days will be subject to a storage charge of $25 per pallet per day. Orders not picked up within 10 business days will be subject to a storage charges and additional restocking fees of 20%.
